Why I'm Jealous of Kelly Osbourne

because her fiance is Luke Worrall, quite possibly the cutest male model ever.
Actually, I am looking for this man, love at first sight:

I found him in a Burberry ad while I was in Australia, he is gorgeous and I want to know his name. can't seem to find out about him anywhere bc I think this ad wasn't placed in the US. I am usually a brunette kind of person, but c'mon, look at him.

Spring 2010 for the Boys

My favorite collections so far for S/S 10 for men. I am still looking forward to Duckie Brown, and maybe Thom Browne next month.

1. Trussardi: I love the Native American/Boho inspiration that is not too overdone, and incorporating a strong color like red into a wardrobe. The boatneck cardigan with the bow-tie is too cute.

2. Paul Smith: tone-on-tone dressing looks so good here, and I love how the pants fit on the models (perfect waist location, hem length, & silhouette)

3. Alexis Mabille: the silver argyle is hot and all the outerwear looks nice.

4. Junya Watanabe: the style is very european but this is what i would say a well-dressed man of 40+ would dress like.

Ashley Olsen

When people ask me who is the celebrity you would most want to meet, I always say the Olsen twins. And then yesterday I saw Ashley for the first time. Well she didn't really catch my eye at first (I'm usually really bad at celebrity sighting bc I don't pay much attention to strangers) but wow she is tiny. In the perfect tiny way a person could be. All I remember was that she was wearing these beautiful lightweight pastel green velvet (so many adjectives i know) pants. My interest in velvet has been growing these days, and I never thought anyone could wear them the way she did and as a bottom! *le sigh* only would an Olsen...

She has the best black bags (the Hermes birkin, the Givenchy nightingale, and the Fendi carryall) and the coolest leather jackets. When I first saw that gold studded Givenchy jacket, I was like WOW, and it still wows me. I also love her fur collection (I am not against people wearing fur - people wear leather - tell me if this logic isn't sensible).

I also think Ashley's wardrobe is more posh, a little more businesswoman-like than Mary-Kate. She pulls off polished and clean looks more often as if she were going to work (which is probably doing for her fashion business The Row). I love how the Olsen twins are taking advantage of their privilege to be in the fashion spotlight and sharing it with all of us by making a fashion line they would wear. I love Elizabeth & James, but I love The Row even more - if it weren't so expensive. They have expanded Elizabeth & James into jewelry, shoes, and even menswear.

I have a ton of other photos but I had to just choose a few...I want to point out that Prada turban hairband Ashley rocked a few years ago. Looks awesome and not something everyone can pull off with that kind of cool.

ShopBop's Denim

Its Monday afternoon, ShopBop just launched their own denim, and a couple of the styles are sold out already. Even the ones that are still available have only one or two sizes left. ShopBop has definitely changed the way many think of online shopping, and has been the best retail therapy for me while I was in college stuck in the middle of nowhere. It was my go-to page when I would get stuck writing a paper, and a way of finding out what was in fashion in the real world while I was stuck in the rural upstate bubble.

ShopBop stylists Bobbie Broeske and Morgan Wendelborn designed and distressed each of the jeans. One of the reasons I love the collection partly has to do with just credibility: these two are the ones styling the photoshoots that you see on the website, so what could you not like about something that they make themselves?

There are 13 styles in all and here are half of what is still available. Yes they are mostly all shredded but I've been loving these kind of denim lately:

Shoegasm

No, I'm not referring to the cheap store they have scattered around Manhattan by that name. I'm talking about beautiful new shipment of fall shoes patiently waiting in warehouses and department stores to get picked up by their rightful owners. These are my top seven picks from Saks, most of them for pre-order:

1. Marc Jacobs, $845 (pre-order) - I placed this as number one because I haven't seen alot of MJ shoes I have loved, but this shoe is something different from the other shoes coming out this fall, but still not too crazy. I like how it curves up on the tip like Aladdin's shoe.

2. Dolce & Gabbana, $795 (pre-order) - The designers of Dolce & Gabbana said they were lowering prices, and I guess $795 is a lower price point considering they were extremely overpriced before. This is simple and a bootie that you could possibly wear them with alot of outfits, so it may be a good investment.

3. Yves Saint Laurent, $795 (pre-order) - I love the curved heel, it looks more supportive than their other shoe designs. I also like the dirty midnight color/neat texture that is very appropriate for fall.

4. Christian Louboutin, $995 - Having alot of hardware is a big trend these days, and this shoe is an edgier version of the prive. I don't know alot of people who could pull this off, because the image of rocker chic and the kind of girls who wear Louboutin heels don't really connect in my head.

5. Prada, $980 (pre-order) - I found this boot interesting because it is like a tight short boot but also gives the impression of a slouchy bootie. I think this would be very flattering on the legs even when you wear a long pencil skirt (which most of the time make your legs look shorter). Oh and Prada always makes a nice heel design.

6. Maison Martin Margiela, $1,295 (pre-order) - I would have ranked this higher because of the interesting texture but gosh its over a grand, and nobody should spend more than a grand on shoes (unless they are long boots made of exotic skin).

7. Christian Louboutin, $1,295 - another style over a thousand bucks but this is the shoe you would wear out every weekend to go dancing, and everyone would be staring at your feet.
